Count Spatula knows that no-one likes a spammer, so we promise that we will keep your info a secret and only use it to send you app related goodies like updates. We will not sell, lend, trade or otherwise sully your info.
- 📧Email: We use your email only to deliver purchased access, gift certificates, and important account-related updates. We never share it with third parties for marketing.
- 🍳Cooking progress: Any recipes you've completed, ratings, and achievements are tied to your account and visible only to you.
- 💳Payments: All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details — only the transaction result and your purchaser email.
- 🗑️Your control: You can permanently delete your account and all associated personal data at any time from the Credits & Help page inside the app.

Software & Warranty Disclaimer
Cooking with Count Spatula is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, bug-free, or that defects will be corrected.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the creators and owners of this app shall not be liable for any damages arising from software bugs, glitches, data loss, inaccurate measurements or conversions, or any other technical issue — including but not limited to loss of recipes, loss of purchased access, spoiled ingredients, or any inconvenience caused by app malfunction.
You use this app at your own risk. Always double-check measurements, oven temperatures, and cooking times with a supervising adult. If you encounter a bug, please contact us so we can look into it, but no compensation will be provided for issues caused by software errors.
🔒 We take security seriously. Security certificates (SSL/TLS) are in place to the best of our ability, as confirmed by our domain server and our payment provider, Stripe. However, no system can be guaranteed 100% secure, and we cannot be held liable for breaches beyond our control.
Refund Policy
Because all recipe content is downloadable after purchase, all sales are final and no refunds are offered. Please review the available recipes before unlocking — preview the titles, photos and some basics before you buy.
